Theatre Transfer to The University of Montana-Missoula

Students completing the Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degrees at FVCC will be granted 60 semester credits toward a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at the University of Montana (UM) and will transfer to UM with junior standing so long as they meet the requirements of this agreement. Students who graduate with an Associate of Arts degree from FVCC will have satisfied the lower division general education requirements at UM. Courses being transferred must have a grade of C- or higher in order to be utilized in this transfer agreement. Once matriculated at the University of Montana, FVCC students maintaining continuous enrollment under this agreement will be afforded the same treatment and protection as other UM students.

Upon transfer, students will need to complete 30 credits and will be prepared to pursue the following degree options:

• Bachelor of Arts in Theatre or Theatre Education
• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting for Film and Theatre
• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Technology
• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre Performance
