Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Training Course

Nearly 80 percent of all products sold in the U.S. are transported via truck at some point, creating a constant demand for safe and qualified drivers. FVCC offers five courses in commercial driver’s license training. Courses involve electronic simulator and real behind-the-wheel driving experience, as well as classroom lecture. Students gain knowledge about federal and state regulations, safety procedures, hazardous materials, bill of lading, trip report procedures, loading and securing, and air brake systems.

Training Course (CDL)

Length: 8 weeks

This program prepares you for the CDL exam and entry into the trucking industry. It’s ideal for those seeking quick entry into driving careers, whether in long-haul trucking, local delivery, construction, or other industries requiring commercial drivers.
