Entrepreneurs to speak at Flathead Valley Community College
MISSOULA, Mont. — The Wachholz Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Flathead Valley Community College is inviting the public to its first-ever “Night at the WIEC” event later this month.
The free event, titled “Clear Your Mind of Can’t,” is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 24, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Organizers say the evening will feature a panel of Northwest Montana business and community leaders sharing how they overcame regional challenges to build successful careers and companies.
Featured speakers include Marianne Smith, founder and CEO of Code Girls United, and Eric Fulton, venture partner at Two Bear Capital. The discussion will be moderated by Kathleen Warner, a leader in place-based economic development and entrepreneurial ecosystem building.
Night at the WIEC is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP and can find more information at wiecmt.org.
