Biography
Carlin Hale holds a bachelor's degree from Southern Oregon State College and a master's degree from Oregon State University. Her professional background is in children's mental health care and, prior to becoming faculty at FVCC, served as FVCC's mental health counselor. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) through the State of Montana Board of Behavioral Health.
