Rooms are reserved for specific students and are non-transferable. Founders Hall is a private residence for FVCC students, with access limited to residents, their guests, and authorized individuals. Residents are responsible for their room's activities, even if absent. Roommates must respect each other's privacy and agree on shared space usage. Cohabitation is prohibited. Guests are allowed if they respect the rights of other students and roommates. No more than ten people are allowed in a room at any time due to noise and fire hazards. Overnight guests require roommate permission, must follow all rules, and are limited to three nights per month, regardless of whether it is a different guest each stay. Non-resident guests must be escorted and follow all policies. Hosts are responsible for their guests' actions and may face disciplinary action for violations.
