Strategic Planning and Accreditation Council
The Strategic Planning and Accreditation Council assists the college in achieving its mission by coordinating the strategic planning process and monitoring progress toward college-wide goals. Their responsibilities include:
- Oversee strategic planning process
- Finalize and periodically evaluate the Strategic Plan
- Update the Assessment Plan
- Monitor progress toward the completion of college-wide goals and objectives
- Provide recommendations for improvements to meet Strategic Plan objectives
- Oversees non-instructional department reviews
