FVCC is very proud to offer our students a number of institutional and non-institutional scholarship opportunities. Scholarships can be based on merit, financial need, or other criteria. FVCC is grateful to the many community donors who provide scholarship assistance to the students at FVCC. All students are encouraged to apply annually for all of the scholarships at FVCC.
FVCC Institutional Scholarships are now available to view and apply for directly online. By completing the Institutional Scholarship Application, you will be considered for all scholarships for which you qualify. New students must have applied for admissions to the college before they can apply for institutional scholarships.
FVCC Academic Scholarship. If you are degree seeking, have earned 30 credits at FVCC, and have a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA, then you may qualify for the FVCC Academic Scholarship. This scholarship will waive your tuition for two semesters and must be used within two years of establishing eligibility. For the application and/or more information, please stop by the Financial Aid Office.
Outside Scholarship Opportunities:
Whitefish Credit Union Community Pride Scholarship. Student can be either full time or part time. Student must be a resident of Flathead, Lake, Sanders, or Lincoln County. Applicant must possess strong potential for academic and career success. Applicants must also demonstrate financial need. To apply students must complete the general scholarship application at fvcc.academicworks.com and then click on the apply to button under Whitefish Credit Union Community Pride scholarship. Application deadline is May 4, 2018 for Summer 2018.
