FVCC is very proud to offer our students a number of institutional and non-institutional scholarship opportunities. Scholarships can be based on merit, financial need, or other criteria. FVCC is grateful to the many community donors who provide scholarship assistance to the students at FVCC. All students are encouraged to apply annually for all of the scholarships at FVCC.
FVCC Institutional Scholarships are now available to view and apply for directly online. By completing the Institutional Scholarship Application, you will be considered for all scholarships for which you qualify. New students must have applied for admissions to the college before they can apply for institutional scholarships.

Please complete the application if you would like to apply for re-awards for Spring 2019, and scholarships for Summer 2019 and/or Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 scholarships.
FVCC Academic Scholarship. If you are degree seeking, have earned 30 credits at FVCC, and have a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA, then you may qualify for the FVCC Academic Scholarship. This scholarship will waive your in-district tuition for two semesters and must be used within two years of establishing eligibility. For the application and/or more information, please stop by the Financial Aid Office.
Private Scholarship Opportunities:
GFWC of Montana Western District Scholarship. $500. Student must be a woman resident of Lincoln, Flathead, Lake, Sanders, Mineral, Missoula, Granite, Powell, Deer Lodge, Ravalli, or Beaverhead counties in Montana. Student must also be entering her 2nd year or higher of studies for Fall 19/Spring 20, have financial need, and have a 2.5 or higher GPA. Applications are available in the Financial Aid Office. Application deadline March 1, 2019.
Montana Food Distributors Association. Applicants need to be associated with the Food Industry through either employment or family relationships within the Industry. Applications are available in the financial aid office. Application deadline is March 29, 2019.
Montana Tree Farm Scholarship. Applicants should be a Montana resident, be enrolled full time with a 2.5 or higher GPA, have demonstrated an interest in forestry and have a Tree Farmer or Inspecting Forester as a reference. Applications are available in the Financial Aid Office. Application deadline is April 1, 2019.
Flathead County Democratic Women. $500. Students must demonstrate financial need and the student must be interested in learning the philosophy of the Democratic Party. Applications are available in the Financial Aid Office. Application deadline is April 5, 2019.
