FVCC is very proud to offer our students a number of institutional and non-institutional scholarship opportunities. Scholarships can be based on merit, financial need, or other criteria. FVCC is grateful to the many community donors who provide scholarship assistance to the students at FVCC. All students are encouraged to apply annually for all of the scholarships at FVCC.

Institutional Scholarships:

FVCC Institutional Scholarships are now available to view and apply for directly online. By completing the Institutional Scholarship Application, you will be considered for all scholarships for which you qualify. New students must have applied for admissions to the college before they can apply for institutional scholarships.

Applications for the 2019-20 academic year will be available by January 2019. The Priority deadline is February 15, 2019.

Apply before November 1, 2018 to be considered for all remaining 2018-19 Institutional Scholarships. Students are encouraged to apply if they have not previously applied and will be attending Spring 2019 semester.

FVCC Academic Scholarship. If you are degree seeking, have earned 30 credits at FVCC, and have a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA, then you may qualify for the FVCC Academic Scholarship. This scholarship will waive your tuition for two semesters and must be used within two years of establishing eligibility. For the application and/or more information, please stop by the Financial Aid Office.

Private Scholarship Opportunities:

Reach Higher Montana Scholarships. 75 @ $1000. Must have graduated from a Montana High School. Student must also demonstrate financial need by filling out their FAFSA and have a 2.5 or higher cumulative GPA. Student can apply on-line at ReachHigherMontana.org. Application deadline is January 15, 2019.

The Montana Woman Foundation Scholarship. Applicants must be a female Montana resident for the past three years and they must be pursuing their degree in the State of Montana. Applications are available in the Financial Aid Office. Applications deadline is February 1, 2019. Montana Food Distributors Association. Applicants need to be associated with the Food Industry through either employment or family relationships within the Industry. Applications are available in the financial aid office. Application deadline is March 29, 2019.

Montana Tree Farm Scholarship. Applicants should be a Montana resident, be enrolled full time with a 2.5 or higher GPA, have demonstrated an interest in forestry and have a Tree Farmer or Inspecting Forester as a reference. Applications are available in the Financial Aid Office. Application deadline is April 1, 2019.
