Explore Health Care Careers at FVCC
The public is invited to explore health care careers at Flathead Valley Community College on Thursday, March 14.
Faculty, staff and students from more than 15 different programs in nursing and health sciences will present simulations to provide insight into what a workday looks like in a variety of health care occupations.
Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the community college’s facilities and learn more about what programs are offered. Participating programs include certified nursing assistant, pre-dental, pre-dental hygiene, emergency medical technician, health care office management, medical assistant, medical coding, nursing, medical laboratory technician, paramedicine, pharmacy, phlebotomy, physical therapy assistant, radiologic technology and surgical technology.
The free event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Rebecca Chaney Broussard Center for Nursing and Health Science.
