The Lincoln County Campus (LCC) offers you the same great educational opportunities you’ll find at the main Flathead Valley Community College campus. Jump-start your undergraduate degree, earn a technical degree, retrain for a new profession through workforce development and explore personal interests with non-credit courses. We’re located in Libby, so you don’t have to travel 90 miles away to receive the high-quality education FVCC offers. Plus, our students and faculty can enjoy learning in their own community surrounded by public park lands. The Cabinet Mountains. Yaak River Falls. Ross Creek Cedars, an ancient cedar forest. And the famous Koocanusa Reservoir.
The location offers recreational opportunities that range from fishing, hiking and hunting to snowmobiling and skiing at Turner Mountain.
A tremendously active community hosts plays and musical events at the Libby Memorial Center, classic movies at the theater in Troy, and a variety of area fairs, festivals and concerts.
In addition to classrooms, along with art, computer and science labs, the Libby campus includes the Glacier Bank Adult Basic Education Learning Center where students can take free classes in preparation for their GED exams. The campus also houses two complete, state-of-the-art interactive teleconferencing labs that bring extended learning classes across the state.
