2019 Teacher Academy

Session 1: June 17-21

Session 2: June 24-28

Courses run from 8:30 -11:30 a.m., 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., and 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.

Early childhood to high school educators can earn college credits and satisfy Office of Public Instruction (OPI) renewal requirements by participating in Flathead Valley Community College’s annual summer Teacher Academy. Early childhood credits (ECP) are available for qualifying courses through a partnership with the Nurturing Center.

Network with your peers while you learn best practices and take away lessons you can implement immediately in your classroom.

The compressed two-week schedule allows you to mix and match classes to earn one to six college credits in just two weeks. (Four college credits satisfies all 60 required OPI renewal requirements!)

If you have not attended FVCC within the last two years (or have never attended FVCC), a Non-degree Application for Admission is required in addition to this registration form. The application is available at www.fvcc.edu/apply.
