Take the five-week HiSET prep course to help build skills needed to be successful on all five HiSET subject tests: Reading, Writing, Science, Social Studies, and Math. Class covers academic skills as well as career exploration and goal setting. Adult Education works closely with FVCC advisors and Job Service to support students moving from HiSET completion into college and/or the workforce.
Registration for orientation is required to join. Students must be 16 years of age or older, complete paperwork requirements and have officially withdrawn from high school.
How to Start:

- Attend orientation and take the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) the week before class starts (registration required).
- Start your class session. Students must take the TABE and be at least 16 years of age to participate.
