Support Professionals possess a wide range of business and technology skills necessary to keep an office running smoothly.

FVCC’s Support Professional program combines business knowledge with a heavy emphasis on technology and management skills. Students can choose to pursue a one-year Certificate of Applied Science or a two-year Associate of Applied Science degree.

FVCC’s Support Professional AAS degree allows students to choose either a computer/marketing or a management emphasis for their second year of study and includes an internship option.


  • The annual mean wage for an office and administrative support professional working in the state of Montana is $36,670, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
  • Support professionals can advance in their careers to management and supervisory positions.
