Earth Science

Earth science is the study of the physical constitution of earth and its atmosphere. Earth science studies all aspects of the biosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere, and geosphere. Courses provide a comprehensive understanding of changing environments, the distribution of energy sources, and geological disasters.

Work with FVCC academic advisors to customize your degree so you're prepared to transfer and study Earth Science. In two years, earn an associate degree, complete lower-level general education requirements, and prepare to transfer to any four-year institution to earn a bachelor’s degree.
