Sales Expert Teaches Workshop on Managing a High Performance Team
An international consultant on sales will teach “Managing a High Performance Sales Team: A Systematic Process” on October 25 at FVCC. Allen Minster is partner and co-founder of Frontline Advisors, LLC and has worked with more than 850 companies worldwide to increase sales revenues, improve marketing strategies and better manage sales staff. Minster’s class is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Cost to participate is $49 per person, and pre-registration is required.
