Native American Youth Group to Perform at FVCC
The Diamond Creek Singers and the Whirl Wind Dance Troupe, two Native American youth groups from the Helena Indian Alliance in Helena, Montana, will present two performances of Native American song and dance on Friday, September 30, at 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. in the Large Community Room in the Arts and Technology Building at Flathead Valley Community College. The event is free and open to the public.
These youth groups were established by the All Nations Youth Council and provide an opportunity for young Native Americans in Helena to share their cultures through song and dance with other youth councils and communities across the state of Montana.
