FVCC Welcomes New Phi Theta Kappa Members

Flathead Valley Community College welcomed its newest Phi Theta Kappa members during the international honor society’s fall induction ceremony October 24.  Thirty-five FVCC students were inducted into the Alpha Iota Pi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa by PTK President, Tamara Gilham.  The following students obtained at least 12 credit hours from FVCC while receiving a minimum grade point average of 3.4.

From Columbia Falls:  Michael Koskela, Amanda Osborne, Kathleen Pearson, Monica Peterson, Cheryll Pitts, Angela Tanguay, and Natalie Valov;

From Hungry Horse:  Clayton Martins;

From Kalispell:  Scott Bereta, Kelli Covington, Ema Delby, Nicholas Friesen, Marianne Gardiner, Mackenzie Gress, Holly Groves, Jillian Hamilton, Heidi Harrod, Amanda Henning, Jackson Hokanson, Eve Holthausen, Jesse Maw, Beth McNutt, Thomas Rummel, Estephan Salazar, Nichole Slocum, Rochelle Smith, and Brenda Williams;

From Kila:  Benjamin Mattison;

From Whitefish:  Amy Bottomley, Joanna Gehrig, Jamie Newman, Ashley Shackelton, and Jessica Wambeke.

The purpose of the Alpha Iota Pi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Flathead Valley Community College shall be the promotion of scholarship, the development of leadership and service, and the cultivation of fellowship among qualified students of the college.
