FVCC to Host Nursing and Health Sciences Career Fair

In response to a need from several area long-term care and other health facilities to fill positions for nursing assistants, practical nurses and other employees, Flathead Valley Community College will host a nursing and health science career fair November 20.

The fair will offer individuals considering careers in health care an opportunity to explore types of employment opportunities available in the area and may help them in their career pathway decisions.  Several area health care agencies will have information on careers and employment opportunities for current openings in a variety of health care fields.  Possible openings may include certified nursing assistants, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified medical assistants, physical therapist assistants and others.

Free and open to the public, the fair will take place in the lobby of the Rebecca Chaney Broussard Center for Nursing and Health Science on campus from 2 to 4:30 p.m.  For more information, contact Cathy Fabel at 756-3385 or cfabel@fvcc.edu.
