FVCC to Host Free Lecture on Ireland's Ancient Archaeology, History

Archaeologist and FVCC anthropology and archeology instructor Dr. E.B. Eiselein will present a free community lecture on Ireland’s ancient archaeology and history March 17 at Flathead Valley Community College.

During his presentation, Eiselein will discuss the prehistoric monument Newgrange, an Irish archaeological site that has been around longer than Stonehenge and the Egyptian pyramids.  He also will explore the voyages of Saint Brendan, the Irish “Navigator.”

Open to the public, the event will take place at noon in the Board Room inside Blake Hall.
