FVCC Seeking Volunteers to Help Prepare Tax Returns

The Flathead Valley Community College Service Learning and AmeriCorps office is seeking volunteers for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program to assist qualified community members with the preparations of their tax returns.

Volunteers will be provided with free training to become Internal Revenue Service- certified tax preparers and will help with tax preparation at least once a week beginning in February and ending April 15. Tax preparation will be supervised and will take place on the FVCC campus. No prior experience is required.
