FVCC Scholarship Application Deadline February 15
Degree-seeking students planning to enroll at Flathead Valley Community College fall semester have until February 15 to complete a common scholarship application, making them eligible for most FVCC scholarships. Application forms and a scholarship brochure can be accessed at www.fvcc.edu/scholarships, or printed copies can be obtained at the Financial Aid Office in Blake Hall on the FVCC campus.
Eligible applicants are U.S. citizens, permanent residents or international students who have a high school diploma or equivalency and plan to enroll in at least six credits fall semester. Students must also have maintained a minimum grade point average of 2.0 at previous academic institution(s).
In 2016, 994 individual scholarships totaling more than $1million were received by FVCC students from contributions made by individuals, businesses and organizations in the community.
“My life is full and I have been able to give back to my community because my scholarship has given me the gift of time… time to be successful in college,” said Luke Comstock, an FVCC scholarship recipient who is studying graphic design.
