Kalispell, Mont.—Flathead Valley Community College (FVCC) will present a workshop featuring the world’s leading thinking styles assessment tool, the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®), on the college’s Kalispell campus November 19.

Centered on the core of Herrmann International’s Whole Brain® Thinking approach, the workshop will help address the commonly asked question, “Ever wonder where people are coming from?” Participants will discover their own thinking preferences and learn about those of others. Designed for professionals in the fields of sales, service, marketing, leadership and team effectiveness, “HBDI at Work” helps participants gain information in a way that recognizes, respects and corresponds with different preferences to meet colleague and client needs.

Workshop presenter and HBDI Certified Practitioner Chris Parson will use a lively and practical approach to make the instrument relevant to every-day work life and the business environment. Parson serves as project director for Center for Manufacturing Advancement at FVCC.

The workshop will meet from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. The cost to attend is $89 per person. Pre-registration is required to participate in the workshop. Participants are encouraged to register early to allow adequate time to complete the assessment prior to the workshop.
