FVCC Offers Customer Service Workshop
Flathead Valley Community College will offer “The Art of Customer Service,” a comprehensive training designed to build participants’ skills in dealing with both internal and external customers.
Presented by the FVCC Continuing Education Center, the workshop will focus on how to refine techniques in listening, matching communication styles, and mirroring body language to build rapport. Workshop presenter Lisa Jones, Montana Superhost certified trainer and public relations professional, is the president of LJ Communications, Inc. and the Public Relations Manager of the Whitefish Convention and Visitor Bureau.
