FVCC Interim Session Classes Offer College Credits in Three Weeks

Flathead Valley Community College is offering a variety of short-term interim session classes May 16 through June 3.  The classes will give area residents and college students home for summer break an opportunity to earn college credits in three weeks instead of a traditional semester.

The college is offering the following interim session classes: Advanced Medical Coding, Life Drawing, Principles of Management, Human Relations in Business, Poetry, Math for the Liberal Arts, Basic Human Nutrition, Introduction to Ethics, Introduction to Psychology, Introduction to Sociology and Interpersonal Relations/Communications.

In addition, the college is offering a five-week condensed Human Anatomy and Physiology I course.  The class will meet May 16 through June 16.

Students with completed admissions files can register online on the college’s Web site.  Others can register in the college’s Admissions Office in Blake Hall Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through May 13.  Students are encouraged to register for classes early as they fill on a first-come, first-served basis.

Degree-seeking students are required to meet with an advisor prior to registering for classes.
