FVCC Hosts Study Abroad Informational Meetings
Kalispell—Flathead Valley Community College will host multiple informational meetings for anyone interested in learning about upcoming study abroad opportunities.
The college will launch a new three-credit study abroad field botany program in Costa Rica January 5-17, 2015. Informational meetings are scheduled for September 10 at 4 p.m. and September 23 at noon in the college’s Board Room inside Blake Hall.
Also departing in January will be the college’s 22-credit Venice, Italy, semester abroad program, scheduled for January 24-April 20, 2015. Informational meetings will be held September 15 at noon and September 17 at 4:30 p.m. in room 144 inside the Arts and Technology Building on campus.
During Spring Break, the college will offer a three-credit Shakespeare’s London Tour in London, England, March 26-April 2, 2015. Those interested can learn more about the program September 18 at 1 p.m. or September 24 at 2 p.m. in room 206 inside the Arts and Technology Building.
Next summer, the college will send students to Brazil for its third consecutive year to teach English through the U.S.-Brazil Connect Program. Information about this program will be presented October 21 at noon at October 23 at 3 p.m. in the Board Room on campus.
