FVCC Armchair Archaeology Lecture Centers on Egyptian Pyramids
Flathead Valley Community College instructor and archaeologist Dr. E.B. Eiselein will conclude his spring Armchair Archaeology lecture series April 25 with a presentation on ancient Egyptian pyramids.
Free and open to the public, the presentation will explore the pyramids as a part of a funerary complex built for Egypt’s ancient kings, commonly called Pharaohs. Eiselein will discuss who actually built the pyramids, what purpose they served, and the origin of the idea to build them.
The lecture will take place at 7 p.m. in the board room in Blake Hall on the FVCC campus. For more information, email Eiselein at firstname.lastname@example.org.
