Author Couple to Present Free Yellowstone Country Lecture at FVCC

The Continuing Education Center at Flathead Valley Community College will welcome photographers, writers, publishers and adventurers Rick and Susie Graetz for a free presentation on Yellowstone Country they will deliver for the community October 23.

Rick and Susie will share the essence of Yellowstone Country through lecture and photos, exhibiting the splendor of its legendary mountains, rivers, forests, glaciers, geysers, volcanoes and wildlife.

Rick is a geography professor at The University of Montana, and Susie is the managing editor of The University of Montana Press and a visiting scholar with UM’s Central Asian Studies Center.  The couple has authored 18 books on Montana and numerous titles on other areas of the United States and foreign countries as well as articles for numerous national publications and columns for the long-running syndicated newspaper column, “This is Montana.”
