Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Flathead Valley the Flathead Valley Community College campus offers you an excellent educational opportunity and is the parent facility to the Lincoln County Campus (LCC) . Jump-start your undergraduate degree, earn a technical degree, retrain for a new profession through workforce development and explore personal interests with non-credit courses. We’re located in Kalispell, so you don’t have to travel many miles away to receive the high-quality education the university offers. Plus, our students and faculty can enjoy learning in their own community surrounded by a national park, The Bob Marshall Wilderness Area and public lands. The Swan, Great Bear and Mission Mountains. Glacier National Park, Flathead River and Lake, Whitefish and many other lakes.  And the famous Hungry Horse Reservoir..

Recreation
The Flathead Valley offers recreational opportunities that range from fishing, hiking and hunting to snowmobiling and skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort and Blacktail Ski Area. The valley’s many majestic lakes and rivers include Flathead, Whitefish, Echo, Stillwater, Bitterroot and Glacier National Park features as Lakes’ Saint Mary, Bowman and McDonald.

Culture
The Flathead campus hosts plays, movies, fine dining and musical events in the Theater and Culinary Departments in the AT building and a variety of area fairs, festivals and concerts.

Facilities
In addition to classrooms, along with art, computer and science labs, the Flathead campus includes the Arts and Technology building that houses the art, photography and culinary programs as well as several advanced computer labs. Students can take free classes in preparation for their GED exams with the HiSET program. Along with Dormatories, caffeteria, new library, nursing and early childhood developement buildings the Kalispell campus also offers the Ocupational Trades Building for all your VoTech needs.
