An exciting new lunch concept from The Culinary Institute of Montana at FVCC!

Pop-up luncheon dates:

11 am – 1:30 pm

Flathead Valley Community College.
Order by phone at 406-249-6738 or walk-up and order a meal and enjoy!
All guests on campus are required to wear a mask.

Open-Faced is a Scandinavian influenced pop-up sandwich shop. Everything is made by and operated by the senior class of The Culinary Institute of Montana at FVCC. Sandwiches are made fresh with in-house baked bread. Our team works closely with vendors to provide the best possible products. Open-Face’s main priorities are to serve quality ingredients, teach people about Scandinavian cuisine, and provide a healthy and safe environment for our guests.
