Open-Faced is a Scandinavian influenced pop-up sandwich shop. Everything is made by and operated by the senior class of The Culinary Institute of Montana at FVCC. Sandwiches are made fresh with in-house baked bread. Our team works closely with vendors to provide the best possible products. Open-Face’s main priorities are to serve quality ingredients, teach people about Scandinavian cuisine, and provide a healthy and safe environment for our guests.
