Join the senior class of the Culinary Institute of Montana for Modernist Cuisine, three-course dinners inspired by leading contemporary chefs worldwide. Our senior culinarians have researched these chefs, designed and costed menus and will produce them for intimate audiences.

Dinners are offered Sept. 11, Sept. 25, Oct. 30, and Nov. 20 at 6 pm in the Culinary Kitchen in the Arts & Technology Building on the FVCC Campus.

Limited to 30 socially distanced guests.

Tickets are $35 per person and can be purchased by calling 756-3632. Please leave a message stating your reservation request (date and number of people in your party), and we will return your call as quickly as possible.
