Flathead Valley Community College Student Government (FVCCSG) and the Student Engagement Office offer a food pantry designed to meet the immediate food needs of students by providing non-perishable food items and personal hygiene products.

According a survey conducted in 2016, the percentage of FVCC’s students facing food insecurity are higher than the regional and national figures. Results showed that 57% of our students didn’t have enough money to purchase food to last, and 51% of our students reported they had to reduce meal size or skip meals due to lack of food. The Food Pantry ensures that no student will be left hungry.
