Investigators
An Investigator assists in resolving complaints of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, gender-related violence including stalking and intimate partner violence, and protected class discrimination and harassment at the College. When a complaint is filed, the Title IX Investigator will conduct a prompt and thorough investigation. The Title IX Investigator acts as a neutral party in the investigation and provides a detailed, unbiased report regarding the findings of the investigation.

Coordinator
The Title IX Coordinator oversees the College’s efforts to comply with its obligations under Title IX. These responsibilities include coordinating any investigations of complaints received pursuant to Title IX and the implementing regulations. The Coordinator oversees the prompt investigation of Title IX complaints; reviews findings; reviews proposed remedies (including interim measures) necessary to address issues, eliminates any hostile environment, and prevents its reoccurrence; and serves as consultant to any disciplinary hearing panel where sexual harassment has been determined to have occurred to ensure the College’s compliance with Title IX.
