The Bibler Gardens is a private display garden in Kalispell, Montana designed by Louis A. “Sam” Bibler. Sam landscaped, planted and maintained the gardens at his home from around 1980 until his death in 2002. The extensive gardens, including ponds, waterfalls, sculptures, arboretum, and a log stable with a menagerie of miniature animals, are maintained today according to Sam’s desire to preserve the site as a place of lasting beauty that could be enjoyed by the Kalispell community and visitors to the area.

All proceeds from the Bibler Gardens Spring Weekends, Splendid Summer Evenings and Sweet Summer Days benefit the FVCC scholarship program. Thanks to the generosity of our community, the 2019 spring and summer visits raised more than $11,000 to benefit the scholarship program at Flathead Valley Community College.

For more information, contact the FVCC Foundation Office at (406) 756-3632, or visit the Bibler Gardens website at www.biblergardens.org.

The 2020 Splendid Summer Evenings and Sweet Summer Days include one-hour, self-guided tours of the gardens. Tours are limited to 20 people per hour. To allow visitors and staff the ability to maintain safe social distancing, tours of the home will not be conducted during this summer’s events.

Tickets are $15 per adult and $5 per child.
