**Emailing the proposal paperwork to the necessary signers before collecting signatures can significantly speed up the submission process.

Revise an Existing Course

To propose a course revision, submit the following forms to Educational Services by the submission deadline:

Propose a New Course or Delete a Course

To propose a brand new course, work with the Division Chair to collect Division feedback and summarize it on a Division Action Form; then, submit the following forms to Educational Services by the submission deadline:

Note:  Proposals that include a course addition or removal from the General Education or Related Instruction lists require a Gen Ed Action Form prior to submission to Curriculum Committee.  Forward such proposals to the Gen Ed Committee chair, Jessica Hopkins, as soon as possible.  The Gen Ed Team will discuss the proposal and submit a Gen Ed Action Form, which will be included with the proposal paperwork.

In order to appear on the agenda, submissions must be complete, including all required signatures, and turned in to Educational Services by the paperwork deadline.
