Catering Policy Guide

Catering isn’t just about serving food-it’s about orchestrating an event. We make delicious food; attentive service and creative presentation flow seamlessly together. Whether you need a snack plate for an impromptu meeting or a fivecourse dinner for a gala awards ceremony, we will suit your occasion and budget.

We have put together a menu that in most cases will meet your needs. However, each catering is unique and we can customize a menu that meets all of your special requests. Our culinary staff takes great pride in all they do and will ensure that you get the freshest ingredients and the highest quality products available. Each catering will include all required essentials i.e., napkins, utensils, plates, etc.

Booking, Arrangements and Guarantees
Please make all final arrangements as early as possible and at least
72 hours prior to your event. This final count will be your guaranteed number used for billing.

  1. To plan your catering, please call 250-6680 or email fnguyen@ThomasCuisine.com.
  2. Special themes and/or custom decorations are available at
    an additional cost.
  3. There is a $25.00 minimum catering charge.
  4. Off site caterings are not available.
  5. Catering requests need to be finalized three (3) business days prior to insure adequate purchasing and staffing.

Cancellations
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may be charged a fee based on items already purchased.

Payments
All catered payments will be billed at the conclusion of your event.
A copy of the billing will be sent to you.
