FVCC is very proud to offer our students a number of institutional and non-institutional scholarship opportunities. Scholarships can be based on merit, financial need, or other criteria. FVCC is grateful to the many community donors who provide scholarship assistance to the students at FVCC. All students are encouraged to apply annually for all of the scholarships at FVCC.

Institutional Scholarships:

FVCC Institutional Scholarships are now available to view and apply for directly online. By completing the Institutional Scholarship Application, you will be considered for all scholarships for which you qualify. New students must have applied for admissions to the college before they can apply for institutional scholarships.

FVCC Academic Scholarship. If you are degree seeking, have earned 30 credits at FVCC, and have a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA, then you may qualify for the FVCC Academic Scholarship. This scholarship will waive your tuition for two semesters and must be used within two years of establishing eligibility. For the application and/or more information, please stop by the Financial Aid Office.

Outside Scholarship Opportunities:

Donald E. Pizzini Memorial Nurse Scholarship Program. $1000 scholarship. Students must be enrolled in Nursing with an emphasis on long term care. The application is available on-line at www.mthealthcare.org. Application deadline is February 29, 2018.

Montana Food Distributors Association. Applicants should be associated with the Food Industry through either employment of family relationships within the Industry. Applications are available in the financial aid office. Application deadline is April 3, 2018.

Flathead County Democratic Women Scholarship. Four scholarships at $500. Student must be a current FVCC student interested in learning the philosophy of the Democratic Party. Applications are available in the financial aid office. Applications deadline is April 14, 2018.

Josephine “Dolly” Siderius Scholarship. $1,000. This is a special one-time scholarship from the Flathead County Democratic Women. Applicants should have completed 24 credits and be pursing an academic program in healthcare/nursing at FVCC. Application deadline is April 14, 2018.

Montana Cattlewomen. $1,000. Applicant must be from a Montana home and currently at least a sophomore attending a Montana university or college. Preference will be given to an applicant majoring in a field beneficial to the livestock industry. The applications is available on-line at montanacattlewomen.org. The application deadline is April 15, 2018.

Women’s Retail Network. Applicants are women who are enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, or non-traditional educational programs in the automotive retail areas. Applications deadline is April 15, 2108.
