Education.
Whether you’re preparing for a career or supporting an interest in lifelong learning, FVCC strives to meet the needs of our community. Sure, we’re interested in preparing our students for professional careers, but that’s only part of our mission. Enhancing the quality of life in our community means supporting the spiritual, social, physical and intellectual interests of the residents in our local community.
Here are some of the educational programs we provide that focus on the fulfilling process of enriching the lives of the members of our community:
Culture.
Build sets. Design or sew costumes. Play a support role or even a lead. You don’t need to be a student to participate in FVCC’s theatre productions in our new state-of-the-art black box theater. Staged in connection with the Flathead Valley Community Theatre, FVCC’s productions bring together talented community members and students.
Events.
Stay up-to-date with current events on the FVCC campus, from news about faculty to student success stories and activities sure to capture your interest. You can bring your children to campus in the fall for our annual Halloween party. Tour the Bibler Gardens in May and July. Attend free lectures and movies sponsored by FVCC multicultural club Global Friends. Enjoy student art exhibits and other college-sponsored activities. The FVCC campus welcomes the entire community to enjoy a variety of activities.
