FVCC metalsmithing students Bernie Tarnow, Vivian Goodnight, Sharlene Leonard, Signe Brust, Bruce Jacobs and Amber Ingraham were honored with distinction for their designs selected for publication in the June and July 2008 issues of Lapidary Journal Jewelry Artist magazine.  FVCC Jewelry and Metalsmithing Instructor Janet Fischer encouraged the students to enter their designs following a challenge issued by the national publication.
