Needs Assessment

Begin at the Beginning

FVCC’s Workforce Training Program can make an informal assessment of your organization’s training needs.  Assessment can give an objective evaluation of strengths and challenges, identify areas of consideration for the future and provide a “road map” for improvement.  Other levels of assessment service include:

• Staff surveys
• Focus group discussions
• In-depth organization assessment and evaluation
