The Flathead Valley Community College Foundation is comprised of a volunteer BOARD OF DIRECTORS that focuses on raising money to fund student scholarships and programs at Flathead Valley Community College. Selected from throughout the Flathead Valley and Lincoln County, foundation members are committed to providing access to exceptional educational experiences and state-of-the-art classrooms within the greater Flathead Valley.
Members of the Foundation raise money for scholarships and programs through two primary annual events:
- THE FESTIVAL OF FLAVORS in the fall;
- The renowned BIBLER HOME AND GARDEN TOURS in the spring and summer; and
Thanks to the kindness of many community DONORS over $1,185,000 in support has been allocated to student scholarships over the last five years. This funding allows students who wouldn’t otherwise have the means to chase their dreams.Unfortunately the need for support is growing. With more displaced and unemployed workers returning to the college, and with less recent high school grads able to travel outside the region for school, enrollment at FVCC increased by almost 40% in 2010. What you do is more important than ever. The FVCC Foundation hopes you will consider one of the many different WAYS TO GIVE available to help support deserving students in our community.

“From the first scholarship I received here at FVCC, the very principle, the fact that someone out there in the community took the time and effort to make it possible for someone like me to achieve my dreams is truly humbling. I hope that I can someday pay back this debt of gratitude.”
