Get ready to prepare yourself for an exciting career in just about any field you can imagine.
Transfer Degrees
Colleges and universities regard an FVCC education as an excellent starting point for their programs. You’ll choose from the Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degrees. These two-year programs fulfill core requirements at any Montana four-year institution.
“I have no doubt that studying here for two years was the best choice I could have made,” says Whitefish native Erin Giefer, who plans to transfer to The University of Montana and major in Psychology after completing her AA at FVCC. She says, “I’ll be more prepared for the large classes. Writing papers will be easier because I know what I’m doing. And I don’t have any loans.”
Career and Technical Degrees
The Associate of Applied Science degrees offer strong training in a specific field so you’re ready to join the professional workforce in just two years.
“You can take the culinary arts program, gain experience and go anywhere in the world,” says Casey Williams, AAS in culinary arts, and Chef at the Rising Star Bistro in Whitefish. “It was a great program; one of the better things I’ve done for myself.”
Dual Enrollment
Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to start accumulating college credit while still enrolled in high school? At FVCC, we have options available for high school students to start earning college credit through our dual enrollment programs. Dual enrollment programs allow students to earn both high school and college credit while still enrolled in high school.

At FVCC, we pride ourselves on the education we provide. But we know you’re not just here for a top-notch education.
