Complete an application
- Application for Admissions Form (PDF)
- Non Degree Application for Admission Form (PDF)
- Application for Re-Admittance (PDF)
A $15 application fee is due at the time of application for all degree or certificate programs.
There is no application fee for a non-degree application.

Complete and return the application form to the Admissions & Records Office in Blake Hall.
