Request a Transcipts
To obtain an official academic transcript from your attendance at Flathead Valley Community College, you must submit a Written Request Form (PDF) to the admissions and records office. Transcripts are run on Thursdays and there is a $3 charge for all official transcripts. There are additional fees for any rushed or faxed transcripts. You may bring the request in, send, or fax it to the admissions and records office. If you fax your request, you must include a credit card number for payment.
