Scholarships

FVCC is very proud to offer our students a number of institutional and non-institutional scholarship opportunities.  Scholarships can be based on merit, financial need, or other criteria.  FVCC is grateful to the many community donors who provide scholarship assistance to the students at FVCC.  All students are encouraged to apply annually for all of the scholarships at FVCC.  The priority deadline for the application is March 15th.  However, late applications will continue to be accepted after the priority deadline.  Students only need to complete one application to be considered for all institutional scholarships.

Additional outside scholarships will be advertised in the Privy Press and on the bulletin board outside the Financial Aid Office.

Outside scholarships

Below is a listing of outside scholarships that FVCC has received information for.  These ARE NOT FVCC scholarships and FVCC does not participate in the awarding of these scholarships.  We encourage students to research these and other scholarship opportunities and apply for the ones they will qualify for.  Remember scholarship information and the FAFSA should be FREE!  Please contact the financial aid office at 756-3849 if you have any questions.
