TRIO/Upward Bound

Upward Bound serves local, eligible high school students, grades 9-12. The goal of the program is to provide students with the motivation, encouragement, and skills to pursue college education. Upward Bound is a federally funded program from the Department of Education.The hub of the program is a six week summer session on the campus. Students receive instruction in math, science, and language arts and participate in activities designed to provide cultural and social enrichment.
