Many people are better able to make career decisions after they talk with people already employed in a specific occupation or career field. We offer the “how to” directions about Informational Interviewing. You may also want to ask during an interview about the possibility of job shadowing.
Choosing a college major can seem intimidating and restrictive to some students. Often other people will question “what can you do with that degree?” Exploring the wide variety of career choices all connected to the same college major can help build confidence and expand our perceptions of a major.
