Accessing your online courses is accomplished through the FVCC Desire2Learn login page.
Click on FVCC Desire2Learn or go to https://fvcc.desire2learn.com.
- Once on the login page, enter your User ID and Password.
- The first time you register for an online course with FVCC you will be sent an email within 24 hours of registration with your username and password. If you have already taken an online course you will use the same D2L username and password as you did for the previous course. If you have forgotten your password click “Forgot Password” on the login page. You may also call the FVCC Help Desk at 1-877-443-5741 (toll free). FVCC Help Desk hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. At other times you may call the Desire2Learn Help Desk toll free at 1-877-325-7778.
Courses you have registered for will become visible in D2L the first day of the start of that semester but you should be able to log in to your D2L home page after you receive your username and password.
Important Note: In order to receive your username and password for your online course we need to have your proper email address before you register for that course. You can check to see if we have your email address in one of two ways:
- Verify your email with the admissions office
- Logging in to the Student Portal and verifying it there.
Helpful tip: After logging in for the first time, you should change your password and edit your profile. Don’t forget to enter a current email address and make sure your contact information is correct.
