Faculty Accomplishments

Imagine taking classes from renowned experts in their fields who are here because they’re dedicated to teaching our students and to serving the Flathead Valley community. Here are some of the faculty you’ll meet in FVCC classes:

Biology professor Jeanette Oliver, Ph.D., remains active in the Montana Academy of Science, frequently serving on the board. Fueling her interest in botany, she continues researching topics in that field and takes botany students on field trips to Glacier National Park and Flathead Forest.

Culinary arts instructor Hillary Ginepra combines her chef training from the Natural Gourmet Cookery School with Le Cordon Bleu training to prepare FVCC students as professional cooks in our new state-of-the-art kitchen.

Business professor Gregg Davis, Ph.D., runs the Center for Business Information Research, a resource utilized by businesses all over the state. A well-respected expert in the economics industry, he teaches business and involves FVCC students in his research.

Music Instructor, Gary Morris teaches Beginning and Intermediate Guitar and he teaches music classes to children in kindergarten through eighth grade at Kila Elementary School as well as private music classes at Jones Musical Education Center in Kalispell.
