Venice

The FVCC Art Department presents “Live and Learn in Italy”, an 18 credit semester in Venice, Italy.  This program seeks to acquaint students of all ages with the Italian language and immerse them in the history and culture of Venice.

The first month in Venice will contain a full immersion language course where the students will attend four-hour classes at the Istituto Venezia, a premiere language institute in Italy.  No previous knowledge of Italian is required.  Some of their past clients include Columbia University, Colgate University and University of Minnesota. The program is situated in the heart of Venice in a 16th century palazzo.
