Two Flathead Valley Community College students have been named recipients of the Complete Restoration Emergency Services Scholarship for the 2013-2014 academic year.
Lacie Fischer, of Kalispell, pursuing an Associate of Arts transfer degree in elementary education, and Marybeth Valentine, of Libby, pursuing transfer curriculum toward her career goal of becoming a registered nurse, each will receive a $500 scholarship.
Recipients of the Complete Restoration Emergency Services Scholarship must be employees of or children or grandchildren of employees of an emergency service agency or related organization within Flathead, Lincoln, Lake, Sanders, Glacier or Missoula counties. Complete Restoration, LLC offers two $500 scholarships annually to support and honor area emergency services workers and their dependents.
